Biography

Brian has over 20 years of contact center experience with technology giants Bell Canada, IBM, Excite@Home Networks, and AMD. Brian last worked at CAPREIT, Canada’s largest landlord. He led the implementation and design of CAPREIT’s RingCentral platform with Salesforce CTI Integration, extending RingCentral to over 175 locations across Canada. Brian sat on our Customer Advisory Board and spoke last year at our inaugural ConnectCentral.

Brian joined RingCentral’s Customer Success team in 2017 and now leads the team’s Majors segment.
