Doug Whitaker

Biography

Doug Whitaker is RVP of Contact Centers at RingCentral. Doug leads the global contact center sales strategy and is in the process of building a team focused on contact center.

Doug has more than 25 years of experience in the contact center industry, including approximately 20 years with Aspect Software. At Aspect, Doug held various positions, including Senior Director of Product Management, Director Global Sales for Strategic Products, and RVP for Northeast US and Canada. Doug brings a wide level of expertise and experience to a variety of applications, including inbound routing, outbound proactive contact, omnichannel contact blending, workforce optimization, self-service, computer/telephony integration, and unified communications.

Prior to joining Aspect, Doug held sales positions at AT&T (which evolved into Lucent Technologies and later Avaya). Doug graduated from Saint Bonaventure University with dual majors in marketing and management.
