For over 20 years, Mike has been a leader in technical support. He started his career with companies such as HP, 3Com, and VeriSign. For the past 10 years, Mike has led the Qualys US, EMEA, and APJ technical support teams, servicing customers around the world. Under Mike’s leadership, he’s trained, mentored, created, and refined many of the Qualys support strategies that allow them to scale using follow-the-sun support. As the Technical Support Manager, Mike prioritizes and escalates customer issues with cross-functional teams to address high-impact security trends. He has also been the point contact for the design, implementation, and support of Qualys’ RingCentral integration with Salesforce.
