Rey started out at a Bay Area technology firm Murphy, McKay & Associates, which gave him a lot of experience in different environments from small mom and pops to large enterprises. Eventually he found his way to Qualys’ Global Help Desk. From IT Services Engineer to his current position as Help Desk Manager at Qualys, Rey has worked with RingCentral managing new and existing users. A team player and leader, Rey stands out for his keen sense to scale, and his ability to train people on troubleshooting, technical support, and systems.
