William L. Randolph

Chief Information Officer, World Vision USA


Will joined World Vision USA in 2004 as the Vice President for Information Technology. In 2009, he was appointed Chief Information Officer and Chief Administration Officer with responsibility for World Vision’s technology strategy and management of service groups within World Vision.

Today, Will supports World Vision’s Global Information Technology management team as a sponsor and steering committee member. In this capacity, he helps drive major global projects to coordinate and improve technology systems across platforms among the nearly 100 countries where World Vision works.

Will also has served as executive co-sponsor for World Vision’s Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) projects, working closely with various teams to improve the quality of life for all children through access to clean water.

Prior to joining World Vision, Will gained 21 years of experience in the corporate world in a variety of business environments, including Capgemini, Ernst & Young, Microsoft, and the actuarial consulting division of Merrill Lynch.

Will has three children and one granddaughter with Shelley, his wife of 30 years. Together, they sponsor nine children through World Vision and similar organizations.
